Policies & Fees

I comply with the No Surprises Act (NSA). As a Licensed Therapist, potential and current clients are notified of estimated costs of treatment prior to working together. This is called a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) as defined by the No Surprises Act. I will provide you both orally and in writing a GFE of your session fees when you schedule sessions. You have a right to request a GFE of the cost of treatment at any time.

Estimated Fees for self-pay clients:

• $180 per session  (sessions are 50 minutes).
• Sliding scale options provided for qualifying clients.
• Insurance is not accepted at this time.
•  Free initial 15 minute phone consultation 

Policies:

• 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation/rescheduling sessions.
• Payment is due at the time of services.
• Intake forms required prior to our first session.
